Brett Vincent, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Wingman Wealth Funds, began his career after graduating Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Christian Brothers University in Memphis, TN, in 1985. With 16 years in operations management and capital project engineering for industry giants like Procter & Gamble, Kimberly-Clark, and Avery Dennison, Brett developed a strong foundation in engineering and project management.

In 2002, Brett took a leap of faith and purchased Gatekeeper Property Management, growing it from managing just 60 properties to over 550, alongside his own acquisition of 65 single-family rental properties. This success allowed him to build a dedicated team of nine professionals, many of whom have been with him for over a decade. Brett’s entrepreneurial spirit led him to explore the self-storage industry in 2017, where he built and opened Gatekeeper Self Storage, a 65,000-square-foot facility in Peachtree City, GA, which is now thriving at 85% occupancy.
